Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management and weekly payments.
  • Accurate processing and management of payroll.
  • Leading and supporting the finance team to achieve excellence.
  • Providing financial analysis and strategic advice to senior management and the Board.
  • Managing the month-end process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Coordinating and presenting budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Regular review of debtor and creditor accounts to optimize financial health.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations (e.g., BAS, payroll tax).
  • Developing and maintaining robust internal controls and financial systems.
  • Active participation in bi-monthly Board meetings, providing insights and advice.
  • Fostering and promoting core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity, and Passion.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial leadership role, with a bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or accounting.
  • Expertise in cashflow forecasting and treasury functions.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear financial insights to the leadership team.
  • A passion for continuous improvement in systems and processes.
