**Senior Building Consultant Role:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Building Consultant. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and strata sectors.

Key responsibilities include conducting inspections to identify defects, compliance issues, and maintenance needs, investigating causes, and recommending practical remedial solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 5–10 years in building/construction, with defect & compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards.
  • Expertise in defect analysis and water intrusion investigations.
  • Experience in remedial consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
