Senior Building Consultant/Team Leader

Senior building consultants serve as expert advisors on building repairs, leading small teams and collaborating with the CRD division to deliver Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Building Consultancy services.
They conduct thorough building inspections, report findings in detailed technical reports, and undertake or coordinate forensic investigations. Key responsibilities include project management, training junior staff, and providing technical revisions of reports prior to submission to clients.
About This Role- Demonstrate 5+ years of technical experience in building consultancy work.
- Exhibit strong commercial and business acumen.
- Develop excellent client relationships and communication skills.
- Have experience in commercial and domestic building practices, understanding building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Be a licensed site supervisor/builder.
- Apply a methodical and efficient approach to managing time.
- Conduct thorough building inspections.
- Undertake or coordinate forensic investigations.
- Manage projects and train junior staff.
