As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting expert advisors to address client business questions. This involves working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to support research and decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request.
  • You will utilize various resources, including LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet, to identify the best experts for clients' strategic or investment questions.
  • You will identify the best leads and invite them to join our network to participate in consultations.
  • You will screen experts to determine suitability for specific client projects and develop professional profiles to present to clients.
  • You will collaborate with the Client Service team to understand unique client business questions and deliver on-demand intelligence.
  • You will recruit new experts into our network of over 1.8 million Advisors.
  • You will support project management and customer service efforts to deliver excellent results for clients.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution by the end of 2025.
  • Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
  • The ability to start full-time work in January 2026.
  • A desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
