Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customs clearance for high-value imports, ensuring timely and compliant processing across international borders.\
  • Prepare and lodge accurate customs declarations in line with regulatory requirements.\
  • Ensure all shipments are cleared with proper authority and in accordance with client instructions.\
  • Monitor and apply updates to customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to maintain compliance and support clients.\
  • Liaise with customs, clients, and internal teams to provide expert advice and resolve customs-related queries.\

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current customs broker license.\
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance and entry writing.\
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, international trade, and shipping logistics.\
  • Proficient in customs clearance software and Microsoft Office.\
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and general computer use.\
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\
