Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Trade Compliance Specialist with a global logistics provider.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customs clearance for high-value imports, ensuring timely and compliant processing across international borders.
  • Prepare and lodge accurate customs declarations in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all shipments are cleared with proper authority and in accordance with client instructions.
  • Monitor and apply updates to customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to maintain compliance and support clients.
  • Liaise with customs, clients, and internal teams to provide expert advice and resolve customs-related queries.

Requirements:
  • Must hold a current customs broker license.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance and entry writing.
  • Strong understanding of customs regulations, international trade, and shipping logistics.
  • Proficient in customs clearance software and Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and general computer use.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
