Strategic Client Lead Role

The Senior Client Growth Manager is responsible for driving business expansion and delivering exceptional client results. This role entails managing a client portfolio, providing strategic direction, and overseeing the successful delivery of large campaigns.

You will be the key stakeholder for senior agency clients, offering day-to-day support and commercial guidance. Your expertise will help foster strong relationships, drive organic growth opportunities, and identify new ways to maximise brand impact.

  • Lead client planning and feedback sessions.
  • Able to clearly articulate Tag's full capability offering and make recommendations.
  • Strong financial awareness at a project and client partnership level, making recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Building client growth and campaign delivery plans across a portfolio.

As a Strategic Client Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that see our teams originate, craft, amplify, and reimagine content across all channels and platforms.
