  • Hypetap are seeking highly motivated and experienced Account Managers to join their team in Sydney and Melbourne.

This is an opportunity to be part of one of the highest growth sectors within marketing at a leading influencer marketing agency.

About the role:

  • You will join a highly supportive, knowledgeable team and assist with campaign strategy, delivery and post campaign insights across a diverse range of clients.
  • Clients come from categories such as FMCG, retail, government and financial institutions.
  • You will be an integral part of devising well thought out campaigns and activating successfully in Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
  • This role involves working directly with the leadership team to manage team members, grow key clients and grow the client portfolio.
  • You will be enabled by world class technology in the influencer marketing category and will have the opportunity to help deliver creative campaigns backed by actionable data and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships, providing strategic influencer marketing guidance.
  • Support junior staff, contributing to internal management responsibilities including allocating and prioritising team workloads.
  • Ensure projects run on time and on budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across new and existing clients.
  • Stay informed on influencer marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and contribute to team strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or commerce related fields.
  • Other degrees acceptable if relevant industry experience exists.
  • 3+ years experience in an agency environment, Influencer Marketing or related field.
  • Able to work across all areas of client management, strategy, creative, implementation, paid social and run your own projects and teams.
  • Experience in supporting or managing staff.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to constructively educate clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Curiosity and passion for all things social media, including current trends, best practice and key influencers.
  • A bold and innovative thinker with a strong work ethic, a bias for action, and exceptional project management skills.
  • A high performance mindset, able to thrive in a fast paced environment and deliver strong results.
  • Creative, agile and flexible in the ever changing landscape of social media.
  • Good with words; an excellent communicator on all fronts.
  • A fast learner who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable around data and numbers.
