Your new role will empower you to drive membership growth and retention, while inspiring individuals to achieve their wellness goals. As a key contributor to our business success, you will interact with diverse people, fostering positive relationships and motivating them to take action towards improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being.


No two days are alike in this dynamic position. You will proactively contribute to our sales objectives by engaging in outreach activities, generating high-quality leads, and converting prospects into loyal members. Your exceptional customer service skills will aid in member retention, ensuring that existing clients continue their fitness journey with us.


To excel in this challenging yet rewarding role, you must possess a problem-solving mindset, effective communication skills, and a drive to continuously improve yourself. A current First Aid & CPR certificate is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within our team environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to sales budget through promotions, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve targeted lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales potential.
  • Provide informative sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create tailored member journeys through positive interactions and engagement.
  • Ensure successful outcomes to enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support club operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Promote member retention programs and inspire members to maintain their fitness journey.
  • Maintain regular contact with new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending products that enhance their experience.

Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, providing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Drive and motivation to continually improve and excel in your role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Customer-focused approach, prioritising client satisfaction and needs.
