Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and contribute to strategic planning papers.
  • Track and manage financial performance, budgets, and reporting across the Data Office.

  • Partner with HR and leaders on workforce planning and team culture initiatives.

  • High levels of energy, initiative, and self-drive—you're proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional projects and aligning operational activities with strategic outcomes.
