Our strategic objectives demand the right leader to oversee key initiatives and facilitate consistency across our operations. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for defining and communicating our domain's strategic roadmap while ensuring milestones remain on track.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a broad regional role. You will be integral to building, defining, and executing strategies that drive business results and contribute to our core objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating execution of strategy, business management, reporting, budgeting, and performance analytics
  • Preparing and delivering relevant board reports or other reporting to various stakeholders
  • Monitoring execution progress of the domain business plan and assisting department heads with acceleration proposals where required
  • Acting as a point of contact to global domain business management teams
  • Leading and facilitating change initiatives, influencing senior leaders to operate within our guidelines and policies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in technology, operations, or project teams
  • Previous experience working in business teams, diagnosing, and implementing people strategies to deliver business results
  • Portfolio/project/change delivery experience
  • Sound knowledge in project management, business planning, strategy disciplines, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, develop, and execute strategies
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Consulting experience highly regarded
