Essential Skills and Experience
  • 1 year experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a role related to account management or customer service.
  • A sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines, including property, liability, and casualty insurance.
  • A passion for helping community-serving clients and a genuine interest in dealing with clients and offering exceptional service.
  • A proven ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving results.
  • A team player who contributes ideas in a collaborative environment and thrives in a highly professional and fast-paced position.
  • Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tier 1 Compliance qualified (desired but not essential).
