About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team at Boral's Berrima Cement Works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the electrical department to ensure safety, production, reliability, and environmental targets are met.
  • Evaluate and maintain site electrical systems to guarantee full functionality.
  • Perform a range of electrical engineering tasks to ensure ongoing safety and reliability of all electrical systems.
  • Develop, implement, and manage upgrades, improvements, and capital works projects as required.
  • C Coordinate and supervise electrical contractors to achieve high-quality performance.
  • Actively mentor and guide the electrical team to ensure development and performance goals are achieved.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in heavy industry.
  • Able to diagnose problems and identify potential solutions by thinking creatively to deliver alternative outcomes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical standards and compliance requirements.
  • Computer literacy and sound analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with people and lead influence.
