Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Professional to join our team in NSW, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This is a challenging role that will involve working closely with customers to increase market share and drive sales growth.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet designated targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience working with Switchboard Builders in the Electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies using available marketing programs
  • Coordinate customer presentations highlighting products, solutions, and service capabilities
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An electrical or electrical engineering related qualification or experience
  • A strong sales background, servicing Switchboard Builder customer groups
  • An ability to listen to customers and translate needs into business solutions
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
