Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) professional to oversee the implementation of HSEQ initiatives on our major projects in Victoria. As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders to align HSEQ objectives and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSEQ policies and management systems.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Support compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HSEQ within the mining, oil & gas, or civil sectors.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) & White Card.
  • Incident Management experience and qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and promoting HSEQ initiatives.
