Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Tech Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate IT troubleshooting, utilizing expertise in computer hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage service desk ticket queues, including triage and resolution within established SLA parameters.
  • Contribute to updating internal knowledge base articles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all team members.
  • Prioritize tickets based on business impact and user experience, making informed decisions to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, and place procurement requests as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ensure access requests have proper approval prior to granting permissions, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Support escalation teams with tasks linked to projects, providing expert guidance and assistance when needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world scenarios.
