We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of design and covenant requirements, while managing enquiries from customers and builders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile and send correspondence to customers, ensuring timely responses to their queries.
  • Manage and respond to customer and builder inquiries, providing clear guidance and support where needed.
  • Assist with Design and Covenants administration requirements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with the Landscaping team and customers to manage Fencing and Landscaping, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular site visits with the Design & Covenants team to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A tertiary education in Architecture, Property or a related field is desirable, along with 1-2 years' experience in a customer relations role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle, as regular site visits are required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in drafting software and Salesforce highly regarded.
  • Drafting experience, particularly with residential housing plans, is essential.
  • The ability to read and interpret architectural plans with accuracy, as well as a strong understanding of the Residential Property Industry.
