Steering away from the conventional layout, our Showrooms are carefully curated and each space is a direct translation of how the furniture, homewares, art and lighting can exist in unison.
Our Head Office, Sales and Production teams work together, evolving ideas and solving problems. What started as a team of eight has now grown to over 200 staff members that all live and breathe a collaborative ethos.
What We Are Looking For
Join our Head Office team in Scoresby as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll deliver outstanding support to our valued customers and help turn their feedback into positive change. You'll work closely with our Sales Support Team, providing administrative support across a variety of tasks. This is a full-time role, with part-time considered for the right candidate keen to grow and develop with us.
What The Role Entails
- Be the first point of contact for all Customer Support queries
- Co-ordinate and manage queries associated with orders, warranties, damages and repairs
- Work closely with Jardan technicians to assess damages or defects and understand the most appropriate solution
- Book onsite repairs and assessments, liaising with 3rd party repair technicians or internal quality control
- Seek the most cost-effective repair solutions whilst ensuring the best customer outcome
- Ensure all queries are dealt with in a highly positive manner ensuring clients feel valued
- Liaise with a vibrant mix of clients, Designers, and Architects to keep communication clear and outcomes satisfying
- Help turn customer feedback into meaningful action: work directly with our Design and Production teams to uncover root causes of issues and improve future products
- Share what you hear and see: your insights will shape decisions and impact processes
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience in either a customer service or administration role, or related field
- Willingness to learn and grow their career
