About the Role

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based exercise programs that improve client outcomes and quality of life.

In this position, you'll:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health and functional goals
  • Develop personalized exercise plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless client care and support practice growth
  • Contribute to the development of new service delivery models and protocols

About You

We're seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Science (ESSA accredited)
  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) registration
  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience working with clients in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, or functional health programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Advanced expertise in exercise prescription and rehabilitation
  • Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
