We're seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of allied health services. This is a patient-facing clinical role where you'll see clients seeking support for chronic disease, injury rehabilitation, and overall functional health.
- You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical health, movement capacity, and functional goals, providing evidence-based, personalised exercise programs for chronic conditions, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing.
- As part of this role, you'll maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and care plans while building collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers.
This position offers flexibility, working 2 days per week (0.4 FTE), with the opportunity to grow within our organisation as we expand across Australia.
