Key Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate, test, and repair instrumentation to ensure precise readings.
  • Verify precision test and measurement diagnostic equipment (TMDE) including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, surge generators, LISNs, CDNs, and low-level DC to RF devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of calibration and repair activities.
  • Develop procedures and recommend standards to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate in a team environment while delivering tasks efficiently and with the highest quality.
  • Provide on-site support to local accounts with occasional overnight travel.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Critical thinking and customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of RF/EMC testing and metrology concepts.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and AC/DC theory.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.
Education and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience; formal PMEL training is beneficial.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
