Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Finance Manager to join our manufacturing operation in South Brisbane.

Your new role will involve preparing budgets, financial statements, cash flow analysis, accrual accounting and costing. You will also be responsible for liaising with external auditors, coordinating the costing of all materials, and preparing data for annual budgets and tracking expenditure against targets.

Additionally, you will analyse P&L and balance sheet accounts to understand cost drivers, submit statutory reports, including GST, FBT and group tax, and business partner effectively with all key internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree qualified
  • Ideally have completed your CA/CPA (or equivalent)
  • Excellent technical and cost accounting capabilities
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Background in Manufacturing / Inventory is essential
  • Ideally worked for a smaller / growing business
