Bulk Product Manager

Drive operational excellence as a Bulk Product Manager. Lead and oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, site logistics, and inventory management.

The Role:
  • Manage and direct operations to achieve business objectives, ensuring efficient receipt and distribution of products.
  • Lead stakeholders and influence outcomes through effective communication and contractor management.
  • Oversee the execution of planned and reactive maintenance, driving performance and ensuring asset reliability.
  • Develop and execute asset lifecycle strategies, managing major component changeouts.
  • Analyze root causes and implement improvement actions to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain compliance with HSE standards and procedures, fostering a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in maintenance execution or coordination (highly desirable)
  • 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, materials handling, or logistics – ideally in fertiliser or similar industries
  • Strong operational planning, leadership, and people management skills
  • Experience in contract management and contractor oversight
  • Proficiency in SAP, CMMS, and automated packing/bulk handling systems
  • Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant trade with leadership experience
