Energy Sector Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne and provide exceptional support to our software customers within the APAC region.
The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion to work with energy sector clients to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain our client base in APAC.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skills.
- Product Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge about our software suite and relevant power markets knowledge to onboard new accounts and develop tailored solutions for our clients.
- Collaboration: Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmaps.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience.
- Interest: Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products.
- Skills: Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics.
