About the Role

Mater Misericordiae Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Research Grants Officer to join our team. As a key member of our research administration team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our research grants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support services and data analytics for research grants
  • Assist researchers with grant-related queries and pre- and post-award funding processes
  • Manage internal grant scheme funding rounds and engage with Mater Foundation
  • Undertake data analytics to inform Executive and Program Leadership about research funding income and academic outputs
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of research funding environments and administration. You will have a degree in a relevant field and at least four years of experience in research administration or statistics.

  • Experience and knowledge of research funding environments and administration
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop reports
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite and electronic databases
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and establish work priorities
