About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Grants Officer to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in managing the delivery of initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and drive improvements that benefit homeowners affected by disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assess Hardship Certificate applications under the program.
  • Provide expert advice on the program and support the Principal Advisor in achieving the team's objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in grant management practices and contribute to policy development.
  • Foster a culture of workplace safety, ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and share innovative ideas.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach to challenges and deadlines.
  • Capacity to mentor and coach staff, fostering skill development.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with a commitment to research and data analysis.
  • Experience in grant management, especially in income-tested grant funding, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
