We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host.

Our world leading vacation ownership and travel membership company is looking for a dedicated associate who shares our passion for delivering excellent customer service. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a genuine passion for the local area. We strive to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we need someone with excellent communication skills to make this happen.

About the Role

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing them with information about our resorts and local attractions.
  • Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information on local area attractions and help guests plan their perfect holiday.
  • Complete all department related paperwork and use all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computers.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business.
