As a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator, you will be responsible for welcoming and registering owners and guests, scheduling sales appointments with our onsite team, and sharing insights about local attractions.

Your role involves ensuring all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed and establishing a genuine connection with our guests to deliver a standout experience.

Collaborating closely with our resort operations team, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in process and communicate the perks of traveling with us.

Achieving set targets and KPIs is part of your journey, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.

  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
  • Previous experience in face to face marketing or sales is highly desirable
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
