The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in management accounting or analysis, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
Responsibilities:- Partner with department leaders to provide meaningful commercial insights.
- Develop financial models and support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Analyse production and warehouse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct detailed margin, pricing, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Oversee product costing and inventory valuation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and mentor team members across accounts receivable and costing.
- Contribute to the month-end close process and internal/external financial reporting.
- Play an active role in developing business cases and scenario planning for new initiatives.
