Financial Mergers Analyst

A dynamic opportunity in mergers and acquisitions awaits you at a leading specialist advisory firm.

We're seeking a commercially astute, finance-savvy analyst to join our close-knit team and support the execution of significant deals across aged care facilities, retirement villages, and related property assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and model financials of Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios
  • Support sales staff with pricing insights and attend client meetings
  • Prepare marketing reports and investor-grade information memorandums
  • Coordinate due diligence through virtual data rooms
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in portfolio valuations
  • Maintain CRM and internal sales databases
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial literacy (balance sheets, modelling, reporting)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & data platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Interest or experience in M&A, transactions, or sales advisory
  • A team mindset — you'll be joining a small, highly effective group
