Join us as a Market Insights Specialist to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. We're seeking an analytical professional to play a critical role in enabling marketing and sales teams to make informed decisions.

This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data from various sources, including Mintel, Smithers, IBISWorld, BIS Oxford, and Circana. You will synthesize these insights to develop actionable recommendations that influence strategy, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze external and internal data to support marketing initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports on market trends, customer behavior, and consumer preferences.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the evaluation and measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI / Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
