About the Role

As Program Manager, Governance and Compliance, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Asset Management platform with a focus on exceptional governance and compliance performance.

This is a business partnering role where you will deliver governance and compliance projects and initiatives while supporting the operational aspects of Asset Management SAPs, Budgets, and Forecasts. You will also lead the Credit Control and National Tenants Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external audits, and manage action items resulting from these audits.
  • Monitor and support Asset Management teams with tenancy schedule lease audits and other governance obligations, ensuring adherence to audit requirements, governance controls, and PMA obligations.
  • In partnership with stakeholders, develop and maintain a process to measure externally managed Assets' KPIs, ensuring adherence to PMA's and audit requirements.
  • Maintain Asset Management governance procedure documents, updating as needed.
  • Manage Control Self-Assessment (CSA) testing for applicable Assets.
  • Manage quarterly reviews of tenant transaction postings to ensure compliance with governance processes.
  • Lead a small team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You will be professionally qualified with experience gained within the property industry, including Asset Management experience. Experience with Property Management systems is desirable.
  • You will have the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and possess a business partnering style.
  • You will think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity, and identify and deliver fast-paced program requirements with strong presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience in leading and developing teams.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
