About the Role:

  • Ordering and receiving parts via our management system
  • Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording parts invoices into our quoting/management system
  • Managing stock levels, including credit notes, returned parts, and goods
  • Exploring alternative options for delayed parts
  • Coordinating and ordering sublet repairs
  • Processing sublet repair invoices
  • Procuring paint and consumables as needed through distributors
  • Processing/receipting paint and consumables ordered

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • A strong interest in motor vehicles and the automotive sector
  • Highly professional and personable demeanor
  • Competent computer abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
