**About the Role**:
Our client sits within the Defence arena, seeking several Procurement specialists / officers at varying levels of experience:
**Procurement Officer** Role (APS4, APS5 equivalent)
- Experience in procurement and/or contract management functions in a government department.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the PGPA Act and the CPRs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in procuring Labour hire and/or ICT goods or services highly desirable.

**Procurement Specialist** Role (APS6 - EL1)
- Experience in complex / simple procurement or contract management functions
- Managing ATM to obtain quotes and tenders,
- Provide advice, reporting and resolution on more complex issues
- Have thorough understanding of CPR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical (ICT) requirements into procurement or commercial documentation
