**Job Title:** Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in delivering complex projects that safeguard Australia's future.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Develop procurement artefacts, evaluation plans & reports, and manage the procurement schedule;
  • Draft contractual documents for complex sustainment activities;
  • Provide accurate and timely commercial advice to stakeholders;
  • Support tender clarifications regarding contractual, commercial, and financial elements.
**Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Commonwealth procurement regulations and policies;
  • Experience with ASDEFCON contracting templates or equivalent complex contracting documentation;
  • Formal contracting qualifications, e.g., Certificate IV in Contracting and Procurement;
  • Strong understanding of probity and evaluation in a commercial environment;
  • Must hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance.
