We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our People & Culture team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, personnel files and HR records, as well as supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Manage contracts, personnel files, HR records, and employee information.
  • Monitor and respond to queries in P&C and Recruitment inboxes, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Support recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interview preparations, requesting references, recording management, and candidate communication.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues related to Human Resource management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop trusting relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work in a busy environment.
  • Commitment to process improvement.
