People and Culture - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Laser Clinics Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team in North Sydney, NSW. As a HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation and contributing to our positive workplace culture. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside our brilliant People (HR) team and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.

What you'll do:

• Perform HR administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Administer time and attendance, payroll, and HR platforms to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Prepare employment contracts and new starter packs
• Coordinate new starter onboarding plans in collaboration with hiring managers
• Coordinate key HR programs such as annual performance reviews, KPI setting and salary reviews
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
• Completing analysis and reports of key HR metrics
• Assist in designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

• Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
• Experience in a similar HR administration or coordinator role is essential
• Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
• Time management and prioritisation skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relationship management skills
• Confidentiality and discretion
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Outcomes focused
• Process orientated
