Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role
The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—you'll be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, ensuring smooth processes and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Prepare contracts, compliance documents, and maintain HR records.
Support managers with HR queries, Award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
Maintain HR systems and ensure up-to-date employee files.
Coordinate training, inductions, and compliance requirements (police checks, licences, etc.).
Provide general HR administrative and project support.
About You
Previous experience in HR coordination, administration, or a related HR role.
Strong knowledge of Fair Work Act and Awards (experience in Security Services Industry Award advantageous).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
