Nobul is seeking an experienced Estimating Professional to join our team. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct thorough site visits and assessments to gather project data
- Analyze data and create detailed estimates for residential projects
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating or a related field
- Proven experience working on high-volume residential projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $105,000 plus superannuation
