We are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our team at Nobul. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and detailed estimates for our custom home building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for estimates.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients, including breakdowns of costs and materials.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Team Lead to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
- Proven experience in sales estimation, preferably in the custom home building industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's license.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation.
- The opportunity to work on large-scale custom residential projects.
- A dynamic and supportive team environment.
- A central Brisbane location close to the James St Precinct.
