Job Title: Sales Estimator

Burbank is seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates for residential housing projects and managing construction costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and present cost estimates to sales teams and project managers, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for and that margins are maximized.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the building industry, with a strong background in construction and cost estimation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with cost estimation software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
