**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Experience Specialist to join our Product and Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of our target market, buyers, and users, as well as their customer journeys;

- Create relevant interactive design artifacts, including personas, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, to explore and communicate design concepts and address customer pain points, needs, and desires;

- Develop and evolve mockups to the right level of fidelity using industry-standard tools;

- Collaborate with the global design team to evolve and expand our design system, improving the design and development workflow;

- Conduct and analyze user research to gather insights that inform design decisions (iterate and improve UX);

- Identify opportunities for improving UI/UX across products and propose solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technological capabilities.

**Requirements:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams;

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD;

- Ability to conduct user research and analysis, with a focus on gathering actionable insights;

- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience iterating and refining designs based on feedback;
