To support our success we are looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join the Digital team.

**About the role**

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will draw upon your experience to shape, plan, and deliver digital products across platforms and channels with the aim of achieving required business objectives. This includes exploration and prioritisation of new product features with stakeholders across the business to determine value, understand constraints and align with broader organisational outcomes. You will drive a diverse continuous improvement program of work focused on achieving commercial outcomes for the business and members.

You will also be responsible for digital product governance activities, including risk and change management within a highly complex and regulated environment.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend office at least once a week.

- Relevant industry experience.
- Driven, highly organised and methodical in your approach.
- Experience in digital product management, business analysis, and feature prioritization.
- Experience working with design, content, and business experts to develop and refine digital product features.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across an organisation. Open in sharing information and collaborating with others.
- Analytical skills to process and analyse data, feedback, and user insights.
- Receptive to feedback, and able to evaluate this feedback for both merits and drawbacks.
