Key Talent & Culture Executive Role

As a Key Talent and Culture Executive, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our leadership team, providing expert advice, and helping to celebrate the achievements of our diverse and passionate team.

  • Develop strategic relationships with senior leaders
  • Provide counsel on policies, procedures, performance management, and employment agreements
  • Identify and source top talent for vacancies
  • Lead the Work, Health & Safety and Green committees

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a T&C Executive or similar, up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment law, effective communication skills, and be a creative problem solver.
