Event Coordinator Specialist

This role is responsible for planning and executing successful events, including conferences, seminars, and weddings. The Event Coordinator Specialist will work to deliver exceptional client experiences by providing tailored event solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle all event inquiries and sales leads, including site inspections, proposal preparation, and client liaison.
- Work closely with operational teams to prepare and distribute event schedules and manifests.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and attend regular operations meetings.
- Assist the accounts section with financial tasks, including invoice preparation and payment processing.
- Liaise with kitchen, banquet, and accounts sections to ensure comprehensive event coverage.
- Provide support to supervisors and directors as required.
- Qualifications and at least two years' experience in a similar position within hospitality are essential.
- Demonstrated customer focus with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills with high accuracy and productivity.
- Well-developed computer skills with proven experience using event management software.
