Front of House Operations Coordinator

This pivotal role exists to assist the Front of House Manager with onsite event delivery and management of wider food & beverage staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Event Timelines to Ensure Seamless Execution
  • Motivate, Lead a Team while Enhancing Personal Growth
  • Brief All Staff Onsite Prior to Events to Guarantee Awareness of Roles & Responsibilities
  • Delegate Tasks Efficiently, Ensuring Impartiality and Evaluating Staff Abilities & Progression
  • Collaborate Closely with Senior Management, Kitchen Staff, and Events Team
  • Enforce Mandatory Health, Safety, and Security Procedures
  • Regular Reporting to FOH Manager on Performance, Staff Suitability, Success Stories, and Areas for Improvement
Requirements:
  • Australian Open Drivers Licence
  • Minimum 3 Year Experience in Similar Roles Around High-End Dining Restaurants, Hotels, Functions, or Events
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Passionate About Food, Wine, and Beer
  • Deliver Exceptional Food and Beverage Service Across Various Event Styles
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills, Ability to Work Under Pressure While Maintaining a Positive Outlook and Professional Manner
  • Comfortable Handling High-Pressure Events, Thinking Ahead
  • Prior Food Hygiene Training and/or Accreditation Essential
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for Dealing with Clients and Staff at All Levels and Demographics
  • Proven Leadership Qualities and Task Delegation Capabilities
  • Team Management Across Varied Tasks and Environments
  • Hardworking, Physically Fit, Reliable – This Role is 90% Onsite, 10% Administrative Tasks
  • Immaculate Personal Presentation
