We're seeking a skilled PR and Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves leading influencer strategy, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and securing partnerships to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers, stylists, and tastemakers across the Australian market.
  • Secure strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions by measuring campaign ROI through performance metrics.
  • Identify and pitch creative influencer campaigns that align with new collections, launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Support influencer activations and gifting strategies tied to major campaigns, launches, or seasonal moments.
  • Collaborate on launch and in-person events (e.g., media breakfasts, influencer previews, pop-ups) and attend relevant industry events to build relationships.
  • Assist with ideation and roll-out of unique PR stunts and experiential activations that generate buzz and media coverage.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a PR, influencer marketing, or communications role — ideally within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable influencer campaigns and/or media coverage.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
