About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation, production and delivery of marketing material for both internal and external stakeholders.

The key focus of this role is to provide logistical support and coordination for events, manage and maintain updates to the company website, and assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement.

  • Support the development and implementation of effective media, marketing and communication plans to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Assist in the generation of creative and media briefs and coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of high quality, on-brand marketing.
  • Help grow the company's social media presence, capturing and providing content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.

To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline, experience in design programs (e.g. Adobe suite) or work experience in graphic design, and excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline
  • Experience in design programs (e.g. Adobe suite) or work experience in graphic design
  • Possess a creative and can-do mindset
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
