Lead Early Childhood Educator
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators to provide high-quality education and care to young children.
">About the Role:
">We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and education to young children. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators to deliver programs that meet the needs of children from birth to six years old.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to young children">
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children from birth to six years old">
- Ensure the centre meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a safe and healthy environment for children">
- Build relationships with parents and families to ensure their needs are met and they are informed of their child's progress">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
">A Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
">At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
">Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificates
">Current Working with Children Check (or Blue Card)
">A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
">Excellent communication and leadership skills

">Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
">Bonus: Up to $10,000 per year
