Dynamic Leadership Role

This dynamic leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education.

  • Act as a key collaborator, working closely with the Centre Director to drive vision and strategy.
  • Mentor educators, promoting professional growth and excellence in educational practices.
  • Lead teams, fostering strong connections with children, families, and staff.
  • Offer hands-on support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Focus on centre management tasks during non-contact time, including rostering, team development, and compliance.
  • Assist with performance management and promote a positive workplace culture.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) is required.

Leadership experience in early childhood education is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. A genuine passion for mentoring and inspiring educators is desired.

A proactive, positive attitude focused on delivering exceptional educational experiences is vital. Monday to Friday availability - 38 hours per week.
